Launch of online course on ‘local social cohesion policies’ by the Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation EU-LA

The Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation EU-LA, headed by Barcelona Provincial Council and the Municipal Government of Montevideo, in partnership with GOBERNA AL, the School of Politics and Government of the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset, launches the fifth edition of the online course ‘Local Public Policies on Social Cohesion’.

This course is aimed initially at elected representatives and senior officials in sub-national public authorities in Latin America and its main focus is on identifying and understanding the conceptual debate surrounding the need to develop local social and regional cohesion policies.

The course is fully funded by the Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation EU-LA, with a limit of 35 places. Enrolment is open until 12 November.
